Workshops / management training

Since 2006, SIZ Care AG has been offering workshops and training courses on various health management topics, focussing on the following areas:

• Workshop ‘Healthy leadership’, with individually selectable modules:
  - Early detection
  - duty of care
  - Psychosocial risks
  - stress management
  - resilience
  - bullying
  - Sexual harassment
  - Conducting conversations/addressing anomalies

• Workshop ‘Health/return interviews’:
  We support you both in the conceptualisation of the processes and in the training of how to conduct the conversation.

The practical workshops last half a day. The number of participants is limited to 12. Due to the high demand, dates must be fixed at least three months in advance.

The phrase ‘health is a matter for the boss’ is used in many companies to describe the expectations placed on managers.

It is undisputed that the absence situation in a company is strongly influenced by management behaviour. In practice, however, it is often the case that various difficulties can arise when dealing with employees with health problems.
With our training programme on the topic of ‘Healthy leadership’, we offer targeted support, be it with the popular ‘return-to-work interview training’ or a practical workshop tailored to customer needs.
